- Insurance services: Users can purchase insurance for goods while submitting orders. If the package is lost or damaged during transportation, the user will be compensated.
4、Payment instructions
We support the following payment methods:

ATM deposit and bank transfer: users can deposit or transfer to our designated bank account through ATM established by the bank.
Users must upload and submit remittance receipts or other relevant materials to prove the remittance on our recharge page before we can conduct the audit procedure.
The time limit of audit is generally to conduct manual audit every 1 hour of working time without additional charge.
- WeChat Pay:It allow users to pay and recharge through "WeChat Pay" . After wechat payment is approved, there is no need for manual review. Our website will directly top up the user's balance according to the user's payment transaction.
- TNG:Users can use the "Touch N Go" e-wallet to transfer money to our designated "Touch N Go" account. 5、Prepayment balance
When users recharge or make payment in our system, the prepaid balance will be directly updated by system. All transactions will be paid and adjusted using the system balance. When we find that the recharge information provided by the user is incorrect, we can adjust the user's balance to achieve the correct balance.
Once the user recharge to the website, withdrawal is not allowed in principle.

The packages purchased by users can be deposited in the warehouse designated by us and enjoy the warehousing services provided by us. Our warehouse has 24-hour security monitoring, fire prevention measures and pest prevention equipment to ensure that your packages can be stored safely.
Each package will enjoy a certain free storage time. If it exceeds the free period, we will charge overdue storage fees for the package.
We reserve the right to modify the free storage time and the charging method of overdue storage fees at any time and without notice.
Users are not allowed to deposit all illegal dangerous goods and animals including but not limited to explosive and corrosive properties.
High value goods should not be stored for a long time. It is recommended to send it out as soon as possible.
If the package is lost or damaged due to warehouse reasons, the maximum compensation amount is RMB 200/package.
9、Error, inaccuracy
We have the right to change, update and delete any text and pictures on our website. When we provide the weight and size of package to users, there may be some technical errors.
10、Leaving a message.
We thank users for their legitimate feedback and comments. We attach great importance to these feedback and strive to improve it. But at the same time, we also reserve the right to delete the comments made by users.
11、Termination of service
When we find that the user has any fraud, abuse and illegal behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the user's use of our website.
12、Termination of service
If the package is partially lost during transportation, please take photos when signing for it. If possible, photos with the weight of the package can be taken to prove the weight of the package at the time of signing.
If the package is lost, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our company will obtain pictures of goods, product quantities, purchase vouchers and other information with customers.
If we find the package within 20 working days, we will continue to deliver the package to the customer.
Otherwise, if it cannot be found, our company will settle the claim according to the following compensation standards.
Standard: compensation shall be made according to the value on the purchase certificate. The upper limit of compensation is USD 50 or 3 times the actual freight. The lower price shall prevail.
For high-value goods (such as mobile phones, tablets, cameras, etc.), the risk of loss of such goods is relatively high. Our company strongly recommends that insurance be purchased before shipment.
13、About package damage
The package will inevitably be squeezed during international long-distance transportation, so it may be damaged. Our company will not be liable for any damage or breakage of the package.
If the package is fragile, please be sure to ask the seller to pack firmly, and try not to ask the warehouse to unpack and pack.
Our company provides wooden frame service. If customers feel that the seller's packaging is not solid, you can ask our company to frame the package to protect fragile goods. However, this does not mean that the goods will arrive at the destination intact after the wooden frame. Our company will not be liable for compensation if the wooden frame is still damaged.
We also provide insurance services. For fragile goods, our company strongly recommends that customers buy insurance, in case of package damage, they can also get corresponding compensation.
